Small Starts, Big Results
Matthew 13:31-35
Jesus is the Christ.
Jesus is my Lord.
Looking at your expressions, it seems that God's word will come as a blessing.
If you hold on to the Word as a covenant, God will fulfill it.
God will speak to you regardless of your age or experience.
What is especially important is that although we are spiritual beings, we also have a physical body.
You must have confidence when you receive the word.
I must know that the direction and path of my life are in the Word.
Does this give you confidence?
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
The path and direction for my future are in the Word.
When you receive grace, you gain spiritual strength.
Your spiritual genes must change.
The body's genes also need to be healed.
Your spirit and brain will be spiritually healed.
The passage in Matthew 13 is often called the "Heavenly Chapter." If you pronounce it incorrectly, it becomes "Cheonggukjang."
The kingdom of God is not something that can be seen with the eyes.
The kingdom of God has come to you, and you are in God.
I once went to a country and as soon as I arrived there, there was an aftershock, and as soon as I got back to my accommodation, the electricity went out and other strange things happened.
Rest assured, everyone. The gospel of the kingdom must be preached.
God is a God of love, so why does He allow these things to happen to us?
It means to fully restore Christ.
It means to truly believe in God and go out into the field to evangelize and do missionary work.
Our country is not a safe zone either.
There is no safe zone anywhere in the world.
A young pastor went and preached a message, but no matter who delivered the message, the people all had their hearts changed because they delivered the word of God.
The Word truly lives and works, and when we proclaim it as it is, regardless of race or culture, the power of God comes.
You will be able to see how God accomplishes it.
You are witnesses of the kingdom of God.
There is true peace within you.
You are witnesses of the kingdom of God.
The kingdom of God is not something that is said to be here or there, but is within us.
If I make Jesus Christ the Lord of my life, the spirit will come into me.
I believe that I am an eternal witness, under God's sovereignty and under God's rule.
The word was spread through Jesus who came in the flesh.
So it is said that the kingdom of God is expanding.
When Jesus returns, the kingdom of God will be completed.
This world is now a time when the kingdom of God is expanding.
Today's message tells us how the kingdom of God is expanding through the mustard seed.
The core of God's word is the gospel.
This gospel has life.
The gospel of Jesus Christ is life. When the gospel of Jesus Christ enters, it continues to grow and change.
This is normal. The covenant community with the gospel continues to grow over time.
God will establish our church for this work, and He will use you as a driving force for change in the world.
Let's get to the point, it's a mustard seed.
He who began a good work in you will testify to the good work of Christ.
It is said that God begins, creates, and completes.
But most of us imagine a big, grand beginning when we start.
So, the kingdom of God does not expand in this way, but God's way comes in a completely different way.
He compared it to a mustard seed, which is worthless.
The most common seed among the Israelites was mustard seed.
It's very small, like a perilla seed.
It's even smaller than a perilla seed. This insignificant mustard seed, when planted in the ground, grows into a tree that's about 3 meters tall.
Also, leaven comes out, and leaven is added when making bread.
When this leaven is mixed with wheat flour, a chemical change occurs, creating a different flavor.
Eventually, this will become very inflated later.
I'm sure you all know this, but this is an explanation of the Kingdom of God.
When you believe in God, He will let you know through great growth.
We must be born as citizens of heaven.
I have three children, and when my third one got sick, I had an ultrasound. The ultrasound revealed a mustard seed-sized dot. I hoped it would grow to form a heart, and the perilla-like dot would take on a human-like shape. I was also excited to see what kind of baby would be born.
Because the child's head is weak, it often returns to normal as it grows.
This child is so quiet, he walks around in the dark.
You were as small as a mustard seed, yet you have become great.
The key is that it is small but has life within it.
This grows very large when planted in the ground.
Look at today. How many churches have been established in this land?
Our church is not that large, but I believe that we will soon be making disciples all over the world.
I believe that God will soon establish His church through important international students.
At this year's Chuseok camp, one pastor said he thought this church was small.
He said that this church is bigger than we thought.
People will see things differently. This church has four pastors.
As I was telling this story, I was reminded of how happy I was that our church had become a place used for missionary work.
The kingdom of God begins small, but grows great.
The secret of life lies within us. This is heaven. The life of a mustard seed is immense.
Even if it is very small, if it has life, it will grow and bear fruit.
If the life of Jesus is truly in it, then the creature will continue to grow.
If there is life, there is God's way, and that way will be accomplished.
If they are not alive, we will team up and pray for them.
It is important because we have a mission that God has given us.
If there is life, faith will grow and bear fruit.
So, isn't the gospel being passed on to your children, friends, and coworkers?
One day, they bear fruit, some bearing tenfold, some bearing thirtyfold, and some bearing a hundredfold.
This is the secret of the kingdom of God.
It is important to enjoy the life of Jesus within you.
A small prayer can one day lead to a big result.
In particular, you are making a lot of sacrifices in church. Small acts of obedience lead to great responses and great results, and this will be of great use to God.
This Chuseok camp ended successfully by God's grace.
He fed 5,000 people with two fish and five loaves of bread.
He performed a miraculous work of making this happen in front of many people.
When small acts of obedience are in God's hands, miracles happen.
This time, thankfully, we have more than enough money to spare.
If I had any left this time, I would have used it a lot more during the next international student camp.
Please don't give up.
As this gospel was proclaimed, it spread throughout Europe and the world, becoming witnesses of the gospel.
You have come to this evidence site.
You will be blessed with this growth.
Secondly, it is leaven.
Yeast has the power to transform.
The kingdom of God is invisible, but it is expanding.
You may not see the quiet preaching you're doing in your family, but one day it will undoubtedly change everything.
Those of you who have the gospel will wisely raise up an evangelistic movement like leaven in the field.
This is what the kingdom of God is like.
The kingdom of God is like leaven, making wise.
You have to get in there and play the role of a change maker.
The kingdom of God changes us from within.
We must quietly save people like leaven in the field.
In the leaven there is the vitality of the gospel.
Confidence is important.
I hope your spiritual dignity is restored.
You must definitely be experiencing this.
We must realize that the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Jesus.
Verses 34-35, a parable is something that reveals something that is hidden.
This is the secret of Christ.
It is being revealed through metaphor.
It is important to speak everything in parables.
Why do you always speak in parables?
Because some people need to be enlightened and some people don't.
We must realize the kingdom of God.
This requires the eyes of faith.
Every time we hear this parable, the gospel becomes new, and every time we hear this parable, we must realize how we came to understand what was being said in this parable.
This is the grace of God.
I pray that the grace of understanding will come upon you in the name of the Lord Jesus.
Small beginnings can lead to big results.
This little piece of history has the power to spread secretly.
Please make a confession of faith.
Please make a confession of faith.
What God hates most is unbelief.
Unbelief is the devil's favorite thing.
Start small, but don't let it get you down.
He is still present and is fulfilling His words.
Through my level and strength, I will restore the Almighty God.
Please remove the tower of unbelief.
We must build a tower of faith.
God can do it and change it.
Second, small commitments within the church are important. I urge you to cherish your role.
Your small contributions are so precious.
Your dedication is truly invaluable.
You can change your community.
You and I have entered into the gospel.
This gospel will be in you.
The gospel reaches even children in nurseries.
The gospel within you will surely spread.
You will make a great difference, saving a family and changing an era.
So you will enjoy it before God every day.
The same goes for temple construction.
God will finish it.
The construction of this temple will be in God's hands and will bring about amazing works of God.
I bless you in the name of the Lord that this week, we may see the invisible work of life and power like a mustard seed and yeast.
Thank you, God.
Thank you for letting me see the beginning of prayer, the beginning of power.
Please let it be accomplished through your words with sincere gratitude.
Please help me stand as a person of faith.
In the name of Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen.
